We’re looking for a skilled butcher who takes pride in transforming whole carcasses into high-quality, retail-ready cuts. If you know your way around a blade and value quality, hygiene, and efficiency — Czech Republic is waiting for you!.
BUTCHER
Qualifications:
- For Male only
- Age: 23-30 years old
- Proven experience in a professional butchery environment.
- Strong knowledge of meat anatomy, cutting techniques, and portion control.
- Ability to safely handle and maintain butchery equipment.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy carcasses and stand for extended periods.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g. HACCP).
- Candidates must submit two 5-minute videos to explain and showcase their technique from start to finish, breaking down a pork and beef, half/full carcass into vacuum-packed retail cuts/steaks.
