Bahar Al-agaeb Entertainment Company, an Indoor Soft Play Entertainment Center in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, is seeking responsible and hardworking Female Cleaners to maintain a clean, safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for children, families, customers, and employees. The successful candidates will be responsible for cleaning the play area, reception, bathrooms, and other facilities while following proper sanitation and workplace safety practices.

FEMALE CLEANER

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• Single applicants.
• Relevant cleaning or housekeeping work experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, commercial facilities, entertainment centers, or similar environments is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning and housekeeping duties for extended periods.
• Responsible, hardworking, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work professionally around children, families, customers, and other employees.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to properly use common cleaning tools, equipment, detergents, and disinfectants.
• Able to work efficiently in a busy indoor entertainment environment.
• Willing to perform duties such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, sweeping, mopping, and other physical cleaning activities.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify areas requiring cleaning or sanitation.
• Ability to follow instructions, workplace procedures, schedules, and safety requirements.
• Cooperative and able to work effectively as part of a cleaning and facility-maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the indoor soft play and entertainment areas.
• Clean and sanitize play equipment, floors, walls, surfaces, and other frequently touched areas.
• Clean and maintain reception areas, waiting areas, and customer-accessible spaces.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and other restroom facilities.
• Regularly check play areas and facilities for dirt, spills, litter, and other cleanliness concerns.
• Immediately clean spills and other hazards to help maintain a safe environment for children and customers.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, wipe, and disinfect assigned areas as required.
• Empty garbage bins and properly dispose of waste according to workplace procedures.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, doors, furniture, fixtures, and other assigned areas.
• Replenish restroom supplies and cleaning materials when necessary.
• Use cleaning chemicals, detergents, disinfectants, and equipment properly and safely.
• Follow appropriate cleaning and sanitation procedures to prevent the spread of germs and maintain hygiene standards.
• Handle cleaning tools and equipment carefully and report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.
• Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials and inform the supervisor when stocks need replenishment.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness during busy operating hours and after customer activities.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests from supervisors or other authorized staff.
• Pay particular attention to high-traffic and high-contact areas that require frequent cleaning.
• Ensure cleaning activities do not create unnecessary risks or interfere with customers and children’s activities.
• Follow safety procedures when cleaning around play equipment and other entertainment facilities.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in storage and utility areas.
• Separate and handle waste appropriately according to company procedures.
• Report damaged facilities, unsafe conditions, spills, leaks, or other concerns observed during cleaning duties.
• Coordinate with other cleaners and facility staff to maintain overall cleanliness of the entertainment center.
• Maintain professional, respectful, and courteous behavior when interacting with customers and families.
• Follow company policies, work schedules, hygiene requirements, and supervisor instructions.
• Perform other cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping duties assigned by management.
