AIMS Leading Industrial Factory (ALIF) is seeking skilled Fastener & Forming Operators to support industrial fastener manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will operate high-speed cold heading and forging machines, perform punch and die setup, monitor dimensional quality, and operate thread rolling and automatic fastener collation equipment according to production and quality standards.

FASTENER & FORMING OPERATION

Qualifications:

• Must have completed Grade 12 / Senior High School or equivalent intermediate level.
• Skilled in operating high-speed cold heading and forging machines.
• Experienced in punch and die setup, machine adjustment, and tooling changeover.
• Knowledgeable in dimensional quality control and inspection of manufactured fasteners.
• Experienced in flat-die or cylindrical-die thread rolling operations.
• Able to set up and operate thread rolling machines and maintain accurate thread specifications.
• Experienced in operating automatic fastener collation equipment.
• Good understanding of fastener manufacturing, forming, threading, and production processes.
• Ability to use measuring instruments and perform accurate dimensional inspections.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to identify basic machine and tooling problems.
• Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures.
• Reliable, disciplined, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a production team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate high-speed cold heading and forging machines for fastener production.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor punches, dies, and other forming tooling according to production specifications.
• Perform machine setup and changeovers for different fastener sizes and configurations.
• Monitor the cold heading and forging process to ensure consistent production output and product quality.
• Conduct dimensional inspections of fasteners using appropriate measuring tools and equipment.
• Maintain required dimensions, tolerances, shapes, and specifications throughout production.
• Identify defects such as incorrect dimensions, deformation, cracks, surface defects, or improper forming.
• Make necessary machine and tooling adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Operate flat-die and cylindrical-die thread rolling machines.
• Set up thread rolling equipment and adjust tooling to produce accurate and consistent threads.
• Inspect rolled threads for proper dimensions, profile, alignment, and surface quality.
• Operate automatic fastener collation equipment for sorting, feeding, and assembling fasteners as required.
• Monitor automatic collation systems to ensure proper feeding, counting, orientation, and packaging of fasteners.
• Perform routine checks on machines, tooling, and production equipment.
• Assist with machine cleaning, lubrication, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting as required.
• Follow established production procedures, work instructions, and quality control standards.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials, tooling, and finished fastener products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production work area.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors, quality control personnel, maintenance staff, and other production workers.
• Minimize material waste and production downtime through proper machine operation and monitoring.
• Perform other fastener manufacturing and forming duties assigned by management.
