Facilities Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in facilities or maintenance operations.
• College or vocational graduate in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance documents is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily facilities maintenance and operational activities.
• Ensure proper upkeep of buildings, utilities, and infrastructure systems.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Supervise technicians, maintenance staff, and contractors on-site.
• Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Respond to facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain maintenance schedules, reports, and service records.
• Coordinate with other departments for operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
• Monitor use of materials, tools, and maintenance resources efficiently.
