CAS Recruitment Ltd. – Greek Branch is seeking experienced hospitality professionals for the position of Executive Assistant Housekeeping Manager in Greece. The successful candidate will support housekeeping management operations within luxury hotels or resorts while ensuring exceptional cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of previous working experience in housekeeping management within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Competent in overseeing daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Skilled in recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating housekeeping staff to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
- Ability to conduct inspections, monitor housekeeping performance, and implement operational improvements.
- Experienced in managing housekeeping inventory, supplies, equipment, and procurement processes.
- Capable of handling guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally while coordinating with other departments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, sanitation procedures, housekeeping equipment, and chemical handling.
- Must be knowledgeable in hygiene, workplace safety, and hotel operational standards.
- Computer literate and proficient in standard computer software and digital tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Newly renewed passport required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and supervising the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- Ensure guest rooms, corridors, public spaces, and service areas meet luxury hotel cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain housekeeping excellence.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping personnel to improve productivity and service quality.
- Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and operational workflow efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning materials, linens, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and chemicals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, requests, and service issues.
- Coordinate with front office, maintenance, laundry, and other departments for smooth hotel operations.
- Implement and enforce hygiene, safety, and operational procedures throughout the housekeeping department.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary starts at €1,700.00 net monthly.
- Forty-Eight (48) working hours / Six (6) days a week .
- Accommodation will be provided.
- Contract duration is for 1 year.
