Electromechanical Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in electromechanical works.
• College or vocational graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-conscious and reliable team leader.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical and mechanical maintenance teams and daily operations.
• Plan, assign, and monitor electromechanical maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electromechanical issues.
• Review technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed work.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Train and guide technicians and junior staff as needed.
