Electro Mechanical Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair (electro-mechanical field)
• Knowledgeable in HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, pumps, motors, and plumbing
• Mentally and physically fit
• Good communication skills
• Passport ready
• Ability to supervise and lead technical teams effectively

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of electrical and mechanical maintenance teams
• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor work quality and completion
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electro-mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, pumps, motors, plumbing, and related equipment)
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient system operations
• Diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical systems and coordinate repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, technical standards, and applicable codes
• Review maintenance reports, checklists, and asset documentation
• Support energy-saving initiatives and system performance improvements
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide technical guidance to the team
