Shinyou Kousakusho Co. is seeking Electric Equipment Assemblers under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) to join our manufacturing operations in Japan. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of assembling electrical equipment with precision and care.

ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLING (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Age: 22–30 years old.
• Single, with no children.
• Height: 150 cm – 175 cm.
• Physically and mentally fit for work abroad.
• Willingness to learn and follow structured training programs.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical equipment and components according to technical specifications.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Inspect components and finished products for defects and proper functionality.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality targets.
