Cooperante D.O.O is seeking reliable and customer-oriented Delivery Riders (Bicycle) to join its delivery operations in Croatia. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering orders by bicycle while providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely deliveries.
DELIVERY RIDER (BICYCLE)
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Delivery Rider or in a similar delivery role is required.
- Must be able to ride a bicycle confidently and safely in urban environments.
- Able to speak and understand basic English.
- Physically fit and capable of performing continuous cycling and delivery activities.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver customer orders safely and efficiently using a bicycle.
- Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Verify delivery details and ensure orders are complete and accurately delivered to customers.
- Handle deliveries with care to maintain the quality and condition of products during transport.
- Communicate professionally with customers and respond courteously to delivery-related inquiries.
- Follow company policies, traffic regulations, and road safety practices at all times.
- Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good working condition of the bicycle and any delivery equipment provided.
- Complete delivery records and other required documentation accurately.
