Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Proven experience in pizza preparation, dough stretching, and pizza baking is required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Pizza-making training or certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper kitchen practices.
• Reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough by stretching, shaping, and portioning according to standard recipes.
• Prepare sauces and toppings and assemble pizzas accurately based on customer orders and recipes.
• Operate pizza ovens and monitor cooking temperatures and times to achieve consistent results.
• Inspect ingredients and finished pizzas to ensure quality, freshness, taste, and proper presentation.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures and maintain clean kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Monitor ingredient stocks, organize supplies, and assist with food preparation as needed.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain efficient operations and provide good customer service.
