  • Age: 23-38 years old
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a modern restaurant setting (fine dining, upscale casual, or cruise ship culinary experience preferred)
  • Strong foundation in Asian cuisines, particularly Japanese, Chinese, and Thai
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be clever, dependable, and maintain a friendly demeanor in high-stress environments
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed A
