CONTRUCTION WORKER
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Proven experience in plastering and masonry is required.
- Experience in roofing and exterior building renovation is an advantage.
- Experience with Rock Wool / Mineral Wool insulation is a significant advantage.
- Prior work experience in Japan and previous construction supervisory experience are advantages.
- Holding a 4-wheel driving licence and willingness to obtain an International Driving Permit are advantages.
Responsibilities;
- Perform exterior building renovation and repair work, including plastering, masonry, and related construction activities.
- Work on exterior walls and roofs, ensuring proper preparation, repair, and finishing according to project requirements.
- Install and handle Rock Wool / Mineral Wool insulation materials when required.
- Assist with roofing work, exterior maintenance, and other building renovation tasks.
- Work safely and efficiently in outdoor environments and at various heights as required.
- Follow construction plans, specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist in supervising construction activities and junior workers when assigned.
