CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or any related field preferred.
• With 5–12 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in multifamily and hospitality projects.
• Experience in delivering hotels, apartments, mixed-use, or branded hospitality developments.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling tools, construction contracts, and permitting processes.
• Familiarity with hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera or Microsoft Project is required.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and project teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Manage construction contracts, project documentation, and permitting requirements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee quality control and ensure construction work meets required standards.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client expectations.
