Saudi Arabian Kentz Co. Ltd is seeking experienced and reliable Concrete Mixer Operators (Oil and Gas Field Machine Operator) for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting, mixing, and delivering concrete safely and efficiently to industrial, construction, and oil & gas project sites.
CONCRETE MIXER (Oil and Gas Field Machine Operator)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Candidates must be at least High School graduates.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a concrete mixer operator or heavy vehicle operator.
- Experience in oil & gas, refineries, energy, or utilities industries is a strong advantage.
- Overseas experience is preferred, but local experience is accepted.
- Must possess valid proof of experience such as COE, employment certificates, project records, or related documents.
- Strong knowledge of concrete transport, mixing operations, and delivery procedures.
- Ability to maneuver mixer trucks safely on uneven terrain and active construction sites.
- Experience operating mixer discharge chutes and handling concrete placement activities.
- Ability to conduct equipment inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Strong awareness of workplace safety standards and operational procedures.
- Physically fit and ready for deployment requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate concrete mixer trucks for the transport and delivery of ready-mix concrete to assigned project locations.
- Maintain continuous drum rotation during transport to ensure proper concrete consistency and prevent hardening.
- Maneuver mixer trucks safely on uneven terrain, construction areas, and industrial project sites.
- Operate discharge chutes accurately to pour concrete according to site foreman instructions.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, mixing drums, tires, hydraulic systems, and safety equipment.
- Wash out and clean mixing drums after each delivery to prevent residual concrete buildup and equipment damage.
- Coordinate with dispatchers, contractors, and site personnel to ensure timely deliveries and correct concrete specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical issues or operational concerns immediately.
- Follow workplace safety regulations, environmental standards, and company operational procedures at all times.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, inspection reports, and operational documentation.
