Company Nurse
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Staff Nurse / Company Nurse.
- Must have strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Experience in administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
- Knowledge of healthcare documentation and medical record management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively in emergency situations.
- Professional, compassionate, and committed to providing quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and high-quality nursing care to employees.
- Assess employee health conditions and identify medical needs.
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments as required.
- Monitor vital signs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Assist physicians and healthcare providers during medical procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records and documentation.
- Respond to workplace medical emergencies and provide first aid assistance.
- Promote health awareness, safety practices, and wellness programs among employees.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee medical information.
