Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a cook.
• Specialization in Chinese cuisine is required.
• Graduate of High School or Vocational Courses.
• Must hold a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or a related field.
• Knowledge of proper food handling, preparation, and kitchen safety standards.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Prepare, cook, and plate meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food preparation processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and workstation at all times.
