Cocktail Waiter / Waitress (Gaming Service Bars)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Additional advanced proficiency in another language—such as Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, or Italian—is highly desirable.
• International experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• A strong commitment to, and passion for, the hospitality industry is required.
• Flexibility to work varied hours in response to business needs and demands is expected.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional beverage and bottle service to each guest within the gaming service bars, creating a welcoming and engaging environment while upholding Forbes-level service standards and maintaining strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, premium spirits, bottle service packages, and menu offerings.
• Personally greet and acknowledge guests, take beverage and bottle service orders accurately, and provide clear recommendations for specialty cocktails, premium spirits, wines, beers, non-alcoholic beverages, and promotions.
• Enter orders correctly, communicate clearly with bartenders and barbacks, and provide accurate estimated wait times when delays occur to keep guests informed and comfortable.
• Support guest satisfaction by accommodating personal and special beverage requests where possible, noting allergies or dietary requirements, and making suitable recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Answer guest questions confidently regarding the beverage menu, signature drinks, bottle service packages, responsible alcohol service, promotions, and venue offerings.
• Collaborate with bartenders, barbacks, supervisors, and casino floor teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of beverages while maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow throughout service.
• Manage and organize bottle service presentations, including preparing setups, presenting bottles to VIP tables, and providing attentive follow-up service.
• Monitor assigned sections to ensure tables are properly set, drinks are replenished promptly, and guests’ needs are anticipated throughout their experience.
• Maintain clear communication with management, bartenders, and the rest of the service team to coordinate guest requests and resolve issues quickly.
• Support the onboarding of new Cocktail Waiters / Waitresses by sharing service standards, venue knowledge, hygiene practices, and bottle service procedures as directed by management.
• Follow all company policies and local requirements relating to responsible alcohol service, hygiene, food safety, allergen awareness, handwashing, personal grooming, cleaning, sanitation, and safe handling of glassware, garnishes, and beverage accompaniments.
• Promptly report any accidents, spills, or unsafe conditions to management to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Develop relationships with regular guests, utilizing knowledge of their preferences to encourage loyalty and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the resort’s bars, lounges, and special beverage events or promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Keep all service areas, including bar stations, bottle service carts, trays, menus, check folders, service equipment, and guest-facing surfaces organized, clean, sanitized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business and ensure exceptional guest service.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
