AIRO is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator with Fusion 360 CAD/CAM experience to join its manufacturing team in Romania. The successful candidate will operate and set up CNC machinery, interpret technical drawings, adjust machining programs and parameters, and monitor production to ensure accurate, high-quality results. The role also involves supporting digital manufacturing workflows and participating in projects from concept and technical design through execution.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Professional License holder (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
- Proven experience operating CNC milling machines, lathes, or machining centers.
- Experience in Fusion 360 CAD/CAM and digital manufacturing workflows is required.
- Ability to set up CNC machines, load materials, install tools and fixtures, and adjust machine settings.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Knowledge of CNC programming, machine operating parameters, tool offsets, cutting speeds, and feeds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate machining tolerances.
- Ability to monitor machine operations and identify potential production defects or machining problems.
- Good technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to monitor and optimize digital workflows used in CNC and CAD/CAM operations.
- Ability to participate in project stages from concept and technical design through execution.
- Willingness to learn new CNC technologies, software, and manufacturing processes.
- Good teamwork, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and production standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines, including CNC milling machines, lathes, and machining centers.
- Set up CNC machines according to production requirements and approved machining procedures.
- Load and secure raw materials properly before machining operations.
- Install, select, and adjust appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, fixtures, and workholding equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
- Review dimensions, tolerances, material requirements, and machining specifications before production.
- Input, modify, and adjust CNC programs and machine operating parameters as required.
- Use Fusion 360 CAD/CAM tools to support machining and digital manufacturing workflows.
- Monitor CNC machine operations to ensure stable production and prevent defects.
- Inspect machined components for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Identify and correct basic machining problems, tool wear, setup errors, and production inconsistencies.
- Adjust cutting speeds, feeds, tool offsets, and other operating parameters when necessary.
- Replace worn or damaged cutting tools and maintain proper tool condition during production.
- Perform routine machine checks and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Monitor and optimize the digital workflow associated with CNC machining and CAD/CAM operations.
- Support continuous improvement of machining processes, production efficiency, and workflow accuracy.
- Participate in different stages of projects, including concept development, technical design, and execution.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, programmers, and other production personnel to meet project requirements.
- Maintain accurate production records, machine settings, and relevant technical documentation.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and proper CNC machine operating practices at all times.
