Aqua Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced CNC Mechanical professional for an overseas work opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will operate CNC machines to manufacture precision mechanical components while ensuring production accuracy, product quality, and compliance with workplace safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Must have a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a CNC Operator in a mechanical factory is required.
• Knowledge of CNC machining operations and machine setup.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering or mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of precision machining and mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments is an advantage.
• Ability to monitor CNC machining operations and maintain product accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of machine adjustment and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and production procedures.
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision mechanical components according to engineering specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.
• Set up CNC machines and perform basic machine adjustments as required.
• Check machine settings, tooling, and workpieces before and during production.
• Monitor CNC machining operations to ensure product quality, dimensional accuracy, and consistent production.
• Make basic operational adjustments when necessary to maintain machining quality.
• Inspect finished mechanical parts using appropriate precision measuring instruments.
• Compare finished components with engineering drawings and required specifications.
• Identify machining defects or dimensional discrepancies and report issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform routine CNC machine maintenance and basic equipment checks.
• Maintain proper housekeeping around machines, tools, and the production area.
• Follow established production procedures and quality control standards.
• Comply with company safety, health, and workplace regulations.
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, technicians, and other production personnel to meet manufacturing requirements.
