Manpower Resources of Asia is seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators (Turners & Millers) for a client in Belgium. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience working with large-scale CNC machines, performing precise machining of metal components according to technical specifications.

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR (Turner & Miller)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in large machine production.
• Skilled in CNC turning (0300–1500 mm diameter, up to 10 m length) and milling/boring (up to 8 m × 3 m, 1–40 tons).
• Completed at least a 2-year vocational course in Machinist, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and machining steel/stainless steel.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to work independently and follow safety and quality protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC turning and milling/boring machines for large components.
• Read and interpret 2D technical drawings for production requirements.
• Machine steel and stainless steel (RVS) components accurately.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring quality standards.
• Perform ISO programming; Siemens 840D knowledge is an advantage.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain precision.
