CNC LATHE MACHINIST

Qualifications:

• With trade-based skills in machining.
• Advanced machining skills are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MMAW and MIG welding.
• Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good English communication skills.
• Must possess a valid Philippine Driver’s License (A, A1, B).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical plans.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance.
• Conduct measurements and inspections to ensure accuracy and quality of finished products.
• Perform machining, cutting, grinding, and fabrication tasks as required.
• Apply welding techniques including MMAW and MIG when necessary.
• Follow workplace safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
