CLEANER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or facility maintenance experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection procedures.
• Ability to safely operate basic cleaning equipment and properly handle cleaning chemicals.
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and prolonged movement.
• Responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to follow company procedures, hygiene standards, and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness of assigned work areas and facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean floors, surfaces, furniture, and other areas as required.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, common areas, windows, and other assigned facilities according to company standards.
• Empty and properly dispose of trash and waste from designated areas.
• Replenish cleaning, hygiene, and restroom supplies as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and correctly.
• Handle and use cleaning chemicals according to company procedures, safety guidelines, and manufacturer instructions.
• Inspect assigned areas regularly to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper presentation.
• Report maintenance problems, damaged equipment, or facility issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies in good condition.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Perform other housekeeping and cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor.
