ReMonte Group D.O.O. is seeking experienced and hardworking Cleaners to join its team in Montenegro. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness of assigned areas, facilities, and workspaces. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a good understanding of basic safety and hygiene standards.

Cleaner

Qualifications:

  • Female, below 45 years old.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cleaner.
  • Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene standards.
  • At least high school graduate.
  • Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and cleaning equipment.
  • Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks.
  • Able to safely handle cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, orderliness, and detail.
  • Able to follow instructions, schedules, and established cleaning procedures.
  • Responsible, hardworking, reliable, and disciplined.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain assigned areas, facilities, rooms, corridors, common areas, and workspaces.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe floors, walls, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and other sanitary facilities.
  • Remove and properly dispose of garbage, waste, and other unwanted materials.
  • Use cleaning chemicals, detergents, disinfectants, and other cleaning supplies safely and correctly.
  • Operate basic cleaning equipment and tools according to established procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all assigned areas.
  • Check assigned areas regularly and address cleaning requirements promptly.
  • Replenish basic cleaning and sanitation supplies as needed.
  • Report damaged facilities, defective equipment, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • Follow proper procedures for handling and storing cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Prevent cross-contamination by following appropriate cleaning and sanitation practices.
  • Keep cleaning tools, equipment, storage areas, and supply rooms clean and organized.
  • Follow workplace safety, hygiene, sanitation, and company procedures.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining consistent cleaning quality and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and other staff regarding cleaning schedules and assigned duties.
  • Respect workplace property and maintain confidentiality when working in occupied or restricted areas.
  • Assist with additional cleaning and sanitation tasks as assigned by management.
  • Maintain a professional, reliable, and courteous attitude while performing cleaning duties.
