Enova Facilities Management Services LLC is seeking skilled and versatile Civil Technicians (All Around) to support its facilities operations in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will perform a variety of civil maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion of assigned projects.

CIVIL TECHNICIAN (ALL AROUND)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Must hold a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in a related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
• Strong communication skills in oral and written English.
• Ability to perform multi-skilled civil maintenance work.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general civil maintenance and repair works, including plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across assigned facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve basic structural and finishing issues in buildings and facilities.
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards, company procedures, and project requirements.
• Perform other related duties that contribute to ongoing maintenance and improvement projects.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
• Follow workplace health and safety regulations at all times.
