Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage
• Preparation/Service Management; Others or similar fields.
• Must be Chef de Partie qualified.
• Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, preferably UK-style cuisine.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; preferably single.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for oil and gas workers in accordance with the approved menu and quality standards.
• Specialize in preparing typical UK dishes while maintaining consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
• Ensure all meals are prepared, cooked, and presented according to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor food stocks, check ingredient availability, and assist with ordering kitchen supplies.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient meal preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards while working in a fast-paced environment.
