Dili Development Company, Lda (DDC) is seeking an experienced and strategic Centre Manager to oversee the overall operations, financial performance, leasing, and facility management of a commercial retail center. The successful candidate will lead all departments to ensure smooth operations, maximize revenue, and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing commercial or retail properties.
- Strong knowledge of retail and commercial operations.
- Proven leadership, team management, and business development skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic & Operational Management:
- Set short-term and long-term objectives for the centre, covering financial, operational, and leasing performance.
- Develop and implement strategies across all departments to achieve business goals.
- Ensure execution of company policies, systems, and procedures in coordination with HQ.
- Operations & Facilities Management:
- Oversee daily operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and parking.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment despite ongoing activities.
- Monitor building systems, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and manage CAPEX projects.
- Leasing & Business Development:
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Manage tenant mix, lease agreements, and tenant relations.
- Oversee rent collection and ensure compliance with lease terms.
- Identify retail trends and attract quality tenants.
- Marketing & Customer Experience:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement promotional campaigns and events.
- Lead branding, communication, and public relations initiatives.
- Enhance customer engagement and overall shopping experience.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Prepare annual business plans, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Monitor expenses, revenue streams, and return on investment.
- Human Resources & Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and develop department heads and staff.
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and staff welfare.
- Foster teamwork, high morale, and efficient cross-department coordination.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, emergency drills, and risk management activities.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
- Employment certificates
- NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
- PEOS certificate
