Gulfshores Company for Sanitary Ware is seeking qualified male Caster applicants for an overseas work opportunity in Kuwait. Candidates must have relevant work experience in a ceramic manufacturing environment and be familiar with casting and production processes.

CASTER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Diploma in High School or any relevant vocational certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Must have experience in a ceramic manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of ceramic casting and production processes is preferred.
• Ability to operate and handle production equipment safely.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.
• Willing to follow company safety and production procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform casting operations according to established production procedures and specifications.
• Prepare and handle casting materials and equipment required for production.
• Operate and monitor casting equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper preparation and handling of molds and casting materials.
• Inspect cast products for defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Make necessary adjustments to casting processes to maintain product quality.
• Follow production schedules and meet required output targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the casting and production area.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of casting equipment.
• Report equipment problems, material issues, or production defects to the supervisor.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and proper handling practices.
• Coordinate with other production workers to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Perform other duties related to ceramic manufacturing and casting as assigned.
