CARPENTER (FINISHING)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on interior finish work in residential or commercial construction projects.
• Proven track record of precision, craftsmanship, and adherence to architectural specifications.
• Can read blueprint reading, mathematics, woodworking, and safety standards

Responsibilities: 

• Install interior trim elements: baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, window and door casings.
• Fit and install interior doors, shelves, cabinetry, vanities, staircases, and railings.
• Sand, stain, varnish, and paint wood surfaces as needed.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and design plans.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with high accuracy (±1/32″)
• Ensure all installations are plumb, level, square, and properly fastened
• Inspect and repair existing woodwork or fixtures when required.
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with local building codes

Requirements:

• Updated resume with job description

• Diploma/TOR
• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
