Javina International is now pooling qualified Female Caregivers for deployment to Japan. This opportunity is open to compassionate and hardworking individuals who want to grow their careers in the healthcare field abroad.

CAREGIVER

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• Age: 24–38 years old.
• Must have TESDA NC II Caregiving Certificate.
• Nihongo Language Proficiency at least N4 level.
• Compassionate, patient, and responsible.
• Physically and mentally fit for caregiving duties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care and assistance to elderly or patients.
• Assist with personal hygiene such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support mobility and help patients with walking or transferring.
• Assist in feeding and meal preparation as needed.
• Monitor patient condition and report any changes to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the patient’s environment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
