Car Engine Mechanic
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of internal combustion engines and related systems.
- Skilled in using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and engine rebuilding tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engine schematics. and Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities.
- Vocational training or certification in automotive engine repair (preferred). and Physical ability to lift heavy components and work in tight spaces.
- Candidates must have passport.
- Must know how to communicate in English.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair engine-related issues in gasoline and diesel vehicles.
- Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble engines to identify and fix internal problems. and Perform engine overhauls, replacements, and rebuilds as
needed. - Conduct compression, leak-down, and other diagnostic tests to assess engine condition. and Replace or repair engine components such as
pistons, valves, gaskets, and timing belts/chains. - Tune engines for performance, fuel efficiency, and emission compliance.
- Use diagnostic scanners and tools to read fault codes and monitor engine performance.
- Perform oil changes, coolant flushes, and other engine related maintenance tasks
