Riyadh Air is seeking an experienced and qualified Cabin Technician to support aircraft cabin maintenance and line maintenance operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will perform cabin and appearance maintenance, rectify cabin defects, complete required maintenance documentation, and ensure aircraft cabin systems and components meet applicable technical and serviceability standards.

Cabin Technician

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience on B787 GEnx and/or A321 aircraft.
• At least 3 years of experience in cabin line maintenance.
• Must hold a Diploma (3+ years) or Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML) required, such as GACA A/P, FAA A/P, EASA B1, or another relevant Aircraft Maintenance Licence.
• Proven experience in aircraft cabin maintenance and defect rectification.
• Knowledge of aircraft cabin systems, components, interiors, and appearance maintenance.
• Ability to interpret and follow aircraft maintenance manuals, technical documentation, and approved maintenance procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and defect-rectification skills.
• Good understanding of aircraft maintenance safety and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to aircraft serviceability and quality.
• Ability to accurately complete aircraft maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced aircraft line maintenance environment.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by aircraft operations.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining high aviation maintenance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform aircraft cabin maintenance and appearance-related maintenance activities.
• Conduct cabin inspections to identify defects, damage, wear, or other maintenance requirements.
• Rectify cabin defects and restore cabin components to proper serviceable condition.
• Perform line maintenance tasks related to aircraft cabin systems and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain cabin interiors, furnishings, fixtures, seats, panels, compartments, and related components.
• Troubleshoot and address cabin-related defects in accordance with approved maintenance procedures.
• Perform repairs, adjustments, replacements, and other corrective maintenance tasks as authorized.
• Ensure cabin maintenance work is completed according to applicable aircraft maintenance manuals, technical instructions, and company procedures.
• Conduct functional checks following maintenance or defect rectification to verify serviceability.
• Maintain aircraft cabin appearance and ensure cabin areas meet required operational and presentation standards.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities, inspections, defect rectification, and component replacements.
• Complete required aircraft maintenance records and technical documentation in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Report unresolved defects, technical issues, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate supervisor or engineering personnel.
• Coordinate with other maintenance technicians, engineers, flight operations, and ground personnel as required.
• Ensure proper use, handling, and storage of maintenance tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow aircraft maintenance safety procedures, occupational safety requirements, and applicable aviation regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment while performing cabin maintenance activities.
• Support aircraft turnaround and line maintenance activities while minimizing operational delays.
• Perform other cabin maintenance and aircraft serviceability duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
