Leading Edge Mobility FZCO is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Performance Manager to oversee financial performance monitoring, reporting, and strategic analysis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business efficiency, supporting decision-making, and improving overall operational performance in a multinational environment.

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field; CPA is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance operations within BPO, telecom, or distribution industries.
• Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze business and financial performance across departments and operations.
• Develop performance dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for decision-making.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve operational and financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and commercial teams to support strategic planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting using ERP systems and financial tools.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance profitability and business performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and reporting standards.
