Building Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building, renovation, and construction
- Proven experience in the building and construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, stable temperament, and ability to work closely with people
- Good health and physically able to manage site activities
Responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing projects, including coordination and control of manpower and materials in accordance with approved budgets and plans.
- Liaise with local and national authorities to secure planning approvals for proposed projects and ensure ongoing compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with external building and maintenance contractors; review completed work to ensure quality control.
- Oversee activities of internal construction and maintenance crews.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
