BMS Operator

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a BMS Operator or in a similar building automation role.
• Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or vocational certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of BMS software, building systems, and industrial automation.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and respond to operational emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate HVAC, lighting, and other building systems through BMS software.
• Analyze system data and alarms to detect issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for system optimization.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of building system operations and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, operational standards, and energy efficiency practices.
• Respond promptly to operational emergencies and system malfunctions.
