CAS Recruitment Ltd is seeking experienced and detail-oriented BIM (Building Information Modelling) Engineers for deployment to Cyprus. The successful candidate will handle BIM modeling, multidisciplinary coordination, and technical documentation for architectural, structural, and MEP projects.
BIM (Building Information Modelling) Engineer
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years of working experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or consultancy projects is an advantage.
- Must possess a Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- Competent in creating and completing accurate 3D BIM models ranging from small interior projects to large-scale developments.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software/tools.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, project coordination, and BIM workflows.
- Experienced in preparing, developing, and maintaining BIM models for:
- Architectural Projects
- Structural Projects
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Projects
- Skilled in multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection using BIM software.
- Must ensure compliance with project BIM standards, procedures, and deadlines.
- Competent in producing drawings, schedules, reports, and technical documentation from BIM models.
- Able to maintain accurate project data and model updates throughout all project stages.
- Strong portfolio showcasing BIM and construction-related projects is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Must possess a newly renewed passport.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain accurate BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Create detailed 3D models and construction documentation based on project requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and perform clash detection analysis.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, consultants, and project managers throughout project execution.
- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with company standards, client requirements, and project timelines.
- Generate drawings, schedules, quantity take-offs, and technical reports directly from BIM models.
- Review construction drawings and technical documents for accuracy and coordination.
- Monitor model updates and maintain proper version control throughout all project phases.
- Assist in resolving design conflicts and technical coordination issues.
- Support project teams in improving BIM workflows, efficiency, and digital construction processes.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary is €1,450.00 gross monthly more or less.
- Forty (40) Work Hours/5 days per week.
- Two (2) years contract, renewable.
