BEAUTY SALES ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cosmetics or beauty retail business.
• Proven sales experience in cosmetics and beauty products.
• Working knowledge of customer service principles, market dynamics, and consumer preferences.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting performance goals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Confident, well-groomed, and sales-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in the Maldives and adapt to company policies and retail standards.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products to customers.
• Provide professional product recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and proper application techniques.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Assist with product displays, merchandising, and maintaining an attractive sales area.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Stay updated on new beauty products, promotions, and current market trends.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
