Royal Palace is seeking an experienced and professional Bartender (Juice Bar) to join its hospitality team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh juices, smoothies, specialty beverages, and other non-alcoholic drinks while providing attentive and personalized service in a high-standard hospitality environment.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in the position being applied for.
• Hospitality or luxury service experience is preferred.
• Previous experience as a bartender, juice bar attendant, beverage server, or similar position is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of fresh juice, smoothie, mocktail, and non-alcoholic beverage preparation.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, well-groomed, courteous, and service-oriented.
• Able to work efficiently in a high-standard hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of proper food handling, beverage hygiene, sanitation, and safe equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality and presentation.
• Able to work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining service standards.
• Physically fit and capable of standing and working for extended periods.
• Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve fresh fruit juices, smoothies, shakes, mocktails, specialty beverages, and other non-alcoholic drinks.
• Follow approved recipes, preparation methods, portion standards, and presentation requirements.
• Wash, peel, cut, blend, press, strain, and prepare fruits and other ingredients as required.
• Operate and maintain juicers, blenders, mixers, ice machines, refrigerators, and other beverage equipment safely.
• Prepare beverage stations with sufficient fruits, ingredients, ice, glasses, garnishes, and service supplies before operations.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared fresh, attractively presented, and served at the required temperature.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation at the juice bar and service areas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, counters, storage areas, and workstations regularly.
• Monitor the freshness and quality of fruits, ingredients, syrups, and other beverage supplies.
• Properly store and label ingredients to maintain freshness and prevent contamination.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor of shortages or replenishment requirements.
• Minimize food and beverage waste through proper preparation, portioning, and storage.
• Take beverage orders accurately and provide courteous and efficient service to guests.
• Assist guests with beverage selections and respond professionally to special requests.
• Maintain professional communication and positive relationships with guests and other hospitality staff.
• Coordinate with kitchen, butler, housekeeping, and other service teams to ensure smooth guest service.
• Maintain an organized and well-presented beverage station throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain professional grooming, personal hygiene, and appearance according to Royal Palace standards.
• Assist with special events, VIP functions, private gatherings, and other beverage service requirements.
• Perform other juice bar, beverage preparation, and hospitality duties assigned by management.
