Gold Sushi Club Althawaq International Co., known for offering high-quality Japanese cuisine such as sashimi, sushi, makimono, and temaki, is seeking a skilled Kitchen Chef. The role involves preparing food and crafting non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining excellent presentation and quality standards.

BARTENDER

Qualifications:

• Age 35 years old and below
• Knowledgeable in preparing, creating, and improving non-alcoholic beverages
• Familiar with various types of mocktails
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be assigned in Jeddah or Riyadh
• Experience in a restaurant or food service setting is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards
• Create and develop non-alcoholic beverages and mocktails
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in menu development and improvement of recipes

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic Salary: 1,700 SAR / Month.
• Food Allowance: 300 SAR / Month.
• Accommodation: Provided by the company.
• Transportation: Provided by the company.
