Job Vacancy: BARTENDER
Employer: Cygnus Resort Hotel
Job Location: China

Cygnus Resort Hotel is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join its hospitality team in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment for guests.

BARTENDER

Qualifications:

  • 35 years old and below.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or similar hospitality establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail mixing, and bar operations.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
  • Interact professionally with guests, recommend drinks, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking and replenishing bar supplies.
  • Ensure beverages are prepared and presented to the highest quality standards.
  • Process customer orders and payments accurately.
  • Follow responsible beverage service practices and comply with company policies and local regulations.
  • Work closely with restaurant and hotel staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotel’s hospitality standards.
