Al Barakah Kuwait General Trading and Contracting Company is looking for skilled Baristas and Head Baristas to join prestigious hotel brands such as Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn in Kuwait. The role involves preparing high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining café standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

BARISTA/HEAD BARISTA

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Barista; leadership experience required for Head Barista role
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or café environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills (for Head Barista)
• Attention to detail and consistency in beverage preparation
• Experience in GCC countries is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and equipment
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock control
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
