TOPNEST S.R.O. is seeking a qualified Bakery Production Worker to support daily bakery operations by preparing ingredients, processing dough, operating bakery machinery, and ensuring high-quality baked products in compliance with hygiene, safety, and production standards.

BAKERY PRODUCTION WORKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in bakery production or industrial baking
• Experience in preparing ingredients, mixing, and processing dough
• Ability to operate bakery equipment and production machinery
• Knowledge of baking processes and quality control standards
• Able to perform packing, sampling, labeling, and product handling
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to learn basic Czech language
• Strong awareness of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and assist in dough mixing and production processes
• Operate bakery machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Bake products according to established recipes and production standards
• Monitor product quality and ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance
• Perform quality control checks, sampling, packing, and labeling of bakery products
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and production areas
• Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
• Assist in inventory handling and production line support as needed
• Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors
• Support smooth and continuous bakery production operations
