2Pi-PROFIL d.o.o. is currently seeking experienced and technically skilled Auto Upholsterers / Sewers for Luxury Cars for deployment to Croatia. The successful candidate will sew, stitch, measure, cut, and repair high-quality fabric, leather, or vinyl upholstery materials within a production and automotive fabrication facility.

AUTO UPHOLSTERER / SEWER FOR LUXURY CARS

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
  • A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must possess a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or High School Diploma with relevant technical training.
  • Proven experience as an industrial sewer specializing in automotive interiors, vehicle seat covers, panels, and premium leather fabrication.
  • Extensive experience in measuring, cutting, and preparing fabric, leather, or vinyl materials accurately according to production specifications.
  • Proficient in operating industrial sewing machines and specialized upholstery tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of repairing, replacing, and restoring damaged automotive upholstery for luxury vehicles.
  • Ability to inspect finished work closely to ensure strict quality control, precise craftsmanship, and an accurate fitting.
  • Good physical fitness, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to following production standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Sew and stitch vehicle seat covers, door panels, and various automotive upholstery materials to exact standards.
  • Measure, cut, and prepare fabric, leather, or vinyl materials accurately according to patterns and technical specifications.
  • Perform preventive and corrective repair or replacement works on damaged luxury automotive upholstery.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial sewing machines and specialized upholstery hand tools safely.
  • Inspect completed components and finished work to guarantee strict adherence to high-end quality standards and precise fittings.
  • Ensure compliance with production quotas, operational standards, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with production supervisors, pattern makers, and assembly teams regarding material quality and scheduling.
  • Handle premium leather and delicate upholstery materials carefully to minimize waste and avoid defects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company factory protocols.
  • Prepare production reports, material usage logs, and quality inspection documentation accurately.
