United International Transportation Company is seeking qualified Auto Mechanics for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and overhauling automotive systems and components to ensure the safe and efficient operation of company vehicles.
AUTO MECHANIC
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience as an Auto Mechanic or in a related automotive field.
- Must possess at least a Vocational or Technical Certificate related to Automotive Technology or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience in vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting, overhaul, and repair.
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment, testing tools, and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical system repairs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
- Physically fit and capable of performing mechanical repair work.
- Willing to work in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical problems in vehicles.
- Perform preventive maintenance services, including oil changes, lubrication, tune-ups, and component inspections.
- Overhaul and upgrade vehicle systems and components to improve performance and reliability.
- Test electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure proper operation and performance.
- Calibrate and adjust vehicle systems after installation, repair, or replacement of components.
- Repair and maintain engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, steering systems, and other automotive components.
- Diagnose faults using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and technical manuals.
- Replace defective parts, components, and accessories as required.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential mechanical issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate service records, repair reports, and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of repairs.
