Auto Body and Paint Technician

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Auto Body and Paint Technician.
• Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and painting processes.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in auto body repair and refinishing.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting through sanding, masking, and priming.
• Apply paint coatings using appropriate techniques to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Match paint colors accurately and ensure consistency with manufacturer standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Use and maintain auto body repair tools and painting equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete repair projects efficiently.
