ARCHITECT

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Must be a Professional License holder (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Examination).
• Strong experience in architectural finishing works and construction details.
• Ability to lead and supervise teams of masons, welders, laborers, and other site workers.
• Good understanding of architectural plans, drawings, construction details, and design implementation.
• Knowledge and working experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments and project teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willing to work on-site and perform regular site inspections and supervision.
• Willing to drive a company or project vehicle when required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced construction and facility management environment.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Responsible, organized, adaptable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate architectural finishing works and related site activities.
• Lead and manage teams of masons, welders, laborers, and other assigned workers.
• Interpret architectural plans, drawings, specifications, and construction details.
• Ensure proper implementation of approved architectural designs and site plans.
• Monitor construction and finishing works to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Inspect completed and ongoing works for accuracy, workmanship, alignment, dimensions, and finishing quality.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other departments to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Communicate work requirements, instructions, schedules, and technical details clearly to site personnel.
• Resolve site issues related to architectural works, finishing details, and design implementation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify deviations from approved plans or specifications.
• Assist in planning and organizing manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to avoid conflicts and delays during construction and finishing works.
• Prepare or review architectural drawings, details, revisions, and site-related documentation as required.
• Use AutoCAD and SketchUp for architectural drawings, layouts, details, and design presentations.
• Use Microsoft Office applications for reports, documentation, correspondence, and project records.
• Maintain accurate records of site inspections, work progress, revisions, and other architectural activities.
• Monitor work progress and report project concerns, delays, and technical issues to management.
• Ensure that workers follow applicable safety procedures and site regulations.
• Support quality control and ensure proper completion of architectural and finishing works.
• Perform other architectural, site supervision, and project-related duties assigned by management.
