We are seeking skilled and experienced Appliances Technicians to install, inspect, repair, and maintain various household and commercial appliances. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all appliances operate safely and efficiently according to company standards.

APPLIANCES TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience as an Appliances Technician, Maintenance Technician, Electrical Technician, or related position is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical appliances.
  • Ability to identify electrical and mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs.
  • Familiarity with basic electrical systems, wiring, components, and testing equipment.
  • Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic instruments safely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing technical maintenance work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work overtime and respond to maintenance requirements as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain various electrical appliances and equipment.
  • Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and other electrical devices.
  • Conduct inspections to identify faults, damaged components, and potential equipment issues.
  • Replace defective parts and perform necessary repairs to restore appliance functionality.
  • Install and test new appliances according to manufacturer specifications and safety requirements.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensure reliable operation.
  • Use hand tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic instruments safely and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and replacement parts used.
  • Follow electrical safety procedures, workplace regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide technical support and recommendations regarding appliance maintenance and operation.
