QUALITY CONTROL HEAD

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in QA/QC or quality management roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in manufacturing, glass, or construction-related industries is an advantage
• Knowledge of quality control standards, inspection procedures, and root cause analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA/QC team, ensuring effective implementation of quality standards
• Establish and enforce inspection protocols and procedures
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions
• Supervise, train, and mentor QA/QC inspectors, technicians, and laboratory staff
• Oversee inspection of incoming raw materials such as glass, aluminum profiles, and other components
• Ensure non-conforming products are identified and prevented from reaching customers
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to maintain quality compliance
• Prepare reports and documentation related to quality control activities
