ROOF PLUMBER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Roof Plumber.
  • Experience in installation of corrugated roof sheeting.
  • Experience in roof framing works.
  • Ability to read construction plans and sketches.
  • Experience in installing roofing systems, gutters, downspouts, fascia boards, and fixed plaster boards.
  • Skilled in operating manual and power tools.
  • Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test (IELTS or PTE Academic).
  • Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a four-wheeled vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair roofing systems and corrugated roof sheets.
  • Perform roof framing and structural support installations.
  • Install gutters, downspouts, and fascia boards to ensure proper drainage.
    Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and sketches.
  • Use manual and power tools safely and effectively during installation and repairs.
  • Conduct maintenance and inspection of roofing systems to ensure durability and safety.
  • Follow workplace safety regulations and building standards.
