ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXECUTIVE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational, trading, telecom, or BPO service industry.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related fields.
• Strong accounts receivable and credit management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in billing and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve billing or account issues.
• Monitor customer credit and outstanding balances, ensuring timely collection.
• Prepare accurate reports for management review and financial tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to support customer account management and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
