ACCOUNTANT

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years work experience
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly SAP.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or ICAN is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• With larger organizations experience and can lead a local team.
• Can lead accounting department

Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide clear explanations or actionable recommendations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support management in preparing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Audit Support: Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Team Supervision: Supervise junior accountants or finance assistants, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Process Improvement: Streamline accounting procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Perform inspections and quality checks to verify adherence to standards.
